It also includes equipment for screwing in the production process, automatic packaging machines for finished products, and compatibility testing for various brands of televisions.

All molds are designed and developed in-house, from design to injection molding.

We control injection molding end-to-end by sourcing raw materials internally and operating our own molding floor. This vertical integration eliminates batch variation and material adulteration risks from the source. Every resin lot is tested before production, and real‑time process monitoring ensures repeatable part quality. The result: stable dimensions, consistent mechanical properties, and full traceability from pellet to finished component.

We deploy a multi-layer quality control node system at every critical stage: incoming raw materials, in-process molding, post-assembly testing, and final packaging. Each node features clear acceptance criteria, real-time data logging, and mandatory hold points for non-conforming lots. Defects are contained immediately, root causes analyzed within hours, and corrective actions fed back into the production line—ensuring consistent, audit quality across every batch.

Before any mold is cut, we produce functional samples to validate fit, form, and performance under real-world conditions. Comprehensive test reports (thermal, mechanical, and environmental) accompany each prototype, so your team can approve or adjust designs with confidence—saving weeks of back-and-forth shipping.
