1.Can you do OEM/ODM customization? like customizing company logo, or packaging and color schemes?

Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, which include:

1.Customization: The quote includes laser engraving of the logo and customization of product colors. Screen printing is charged separately.
2.Customized packaging: Color boxes, instruction manuals, and accessory boxes can all be designed according to your brand.
3.Function/Software Customization (ODM): such as modifying prompt sounds, Bluetooth names, EQ tuning, button functions, etc.

2.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk purchases?

The MOQ is typically 1000 units,
Small-batch orders are supported for popular inventory products, Hot-selling custom packaging products, starting from 300 units.

3. Does the product have certifications like CE, FCC, RoHS etc?

The quoted price includes the company’s standard certifications: CE, RoHS, and FCC.
If other certifications are required, we can assist in obtaining them for a fee.
Customized certifications (such as reports from laboratories specified by the client) can be negotiated separately, with additional costs and time required.

4.Can you provide certification documents for customs clearance?

We can provide electronic and paper versions of certification certificates, test reports, and declarations of conformity with the goods for use in customs clearance at the port of destination, e-commerce platform audits, or project bidding.

5.Do you provide samples for testing? What are the sample fees and procedures? Is it possible to apply for samples free of charge?

We support sample testing, The process is as follows:
You specify the exact model and quantity usually 1-3 days
Sample fee: Standard products are charged at the retail price. If subsequent formal orders reach the MOQ, the sample fee can be fully deducted from the payment.

Free samples can be provided by negotiated, with the customer responsible for the express delivery cost.

6. What is the standard production delivery time for bulk orders?

Standard delivery time: 30-40 days after order confirmation and receipt of prepayment and order details confirmation
Urgent orders: If we have stock of some models, we can ship within 7-10 days, cooperating with full-speed production scheduling.

Order status will be updated weekly, and we also support partial shipments.

7. What is the product warranty period?

The warranty period is 12 months from the date the customer receives the goods (excluding damage caused by human error and issues not related to our company’s quality).

8.How about your after service content?

Quality issues: Free repair or replacement within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by human error).

Spare parts supply: We can provide earmuffs, earplugs, power cords and other easily damaged parts on a long-term basis at cost price.

Technical guidance: We provide user manuals and troubleshooting guides in both Chinese and English; remote video or on-site training is available (for large orders).
